Doaba Group of Colleges (DGC) ensures a smooth and convenient commute for its students, faculty, and staff through a well-maintained fleet of dedicated buses. These buses connect DGC’s campuses with various towns and cities, making daily travel hassle-free and reliable. For a comfortable and safe journey, luxury buses are deployed to serve the transportation needs of all three campuses. Students residing in areas like Zirakpur, Panchkula, Chandigarh, Mohali, Kurali, and Ropar can easily commute to Campus-1 located in Kharar. Similarly, those from Una, Nangal, Ropar, Banga, Nawanshahr, and nearby towns are catered to with regular bus services to Campus-2 (Raipur) and Campus-3 (Rahon). The college has separate Hostel facility for Boys and girls. The hostel rooms are well furnished and cater to the needs of students. There is a separate T.V and recreation room .Besides the students are also provided hygienic meals from the college owned hostel Mess.

Rules and Regulations

• All hostel residents are expected to live in the hostel amicably and with a full sense of responsibility.
• The residents are not allowed to gamble in the hostel premises.
• The residents are not allowed to bring or keep intoxicants including drinks and drugs.
• The residents are not allowed to bring any guest in their room except with the prior written permission of the hostel warden.
• The residents shall not commit any breach of peace in the hostel premises.
• The residents are not permitted to stay overnight out of their hostel or go out of station without prior permission of the hostel warden.
• The residents are not permitted to install and use any electrical appliances except a wall light, a table lamp and a table fan or ceiling fan. A breach of this rule may result in the forfeiting of the appliances as well as fine.
• Residents are not permitted to keep with them any weapon such as fire arms, dagger or khukri etc. Strict action will be taken against any one found in possession of such a weapon.
• A resident shall not keep cash exceeding Rs.2000/- with him in his room. Cash in excess of this amount should be deposited with the bank in their personal account.
• A hostel discipline committee comprising senior and nominated members shall assist the hostel warden in monitoring the discipline in the hostel and the committee will also decide the hostel menu.
